There are genuinely no words that can explain just how grateful I am to Sophie for being a part of our day. We asked Sophie to help us on our day to manage any issues that came up and assist us with ensuring our guests had everything they needed and that the day went to plan. 

She was absolutely brilliant, but this really doesn't justify just how exceptional a human she is. Sophie is extremely calm and reassuring first of all. I knew Sophie was the person for us right from first contact. She kept in touch with us throughout the planning process and we had video calls for Sophie to be able to understand our vision and what we wanted to achieve, something she did perfectly. From the moment she arrived at the venue she was busy making sure everything was just right, which it certainly was.

She was a calming presence for many of our guests who needed support (and for me!) and she sorted everything out on our behalf. I gave Sophie full trust to make decisions, which she did confidently - something I massively appreciated, as I'm normally a problem solver. It was lovely to hand over the reins so I could enjoy our day without that stress. She also helped me execute a surprise on the day which was a hit!

Sophie worked very well with the venue staff, they were full of compliments for her work ethic and how she approached things. Our guests were also full of praise for her as well.

I can't believe I ever considered doing our wedding without Sophie. Every bride needs a Sophie in their corner - a truly wonderful, kind soul and lovely human. Such a pleasure to work with. Would recommend her one thousand million times over. 

SOPHIE! We've been sitting down together to truly find the right words to thank you for everything you did for us on Sunday and in the lead up to our wedding. Firstly, you are the most beautiful human - inside and out, sooo many of our friends and family have commented on this. You are SO kind, calm, cool and have the patience of a saint! Your energy is infectious and you kept us so calm the whole day. Your organisational skills are top notch and absolutely everything went off without a hitch, with full credit and thanks to you. Truly, we can't thank you enough for everything you've done for us, we really did have the best day of our lives and are so blessed to have had you by our sides during our special day. We absolutely love and adore you, you honestly feel like part of the family.

I just wanted to say an absolutely enormous THANK YOU for everything you did for us, we both had the absolute time of our lives. I can't believe it's all over, but wow what a day. We had the best finish to our celebrations and such a special day with our families and friends!

I can't even begin to thank you enough for everything you did for us on Saturday. You were such a calming, reassuring presence and kept everything running so smoothly - I felt like I didn't have to worry about a single thing, which is all down to you. Being a control freak, handing the day over to someone else wasn't easy for me, and I honestly felt able to relax and knew you had everything under control. So truly, THANK YOU. You honestly went above and beyond, and it made the whole day feel effortless for us and our families.

It was such a joy having you there as part of our day, and we'll always be grateful that you were such a big part of it.

Sophie, there are not enough words to show how appreciative and grateful we are for you. You have taken so much stress off our shoulders when it came to our wedding. You helped us frantically find  last minute solutions and suppliers, gossiped and ranted with me like an old friend, and listened to me ramble on about all things wedding. Truly the best coordinator - I am so glad we reached out! You are so kind and warm, and never made us feel like a bother with our millions of changes and ideas. Thank you!

I truly cannot say enough kind words of how amazing Sophie was on our wedding day. She went out of her way to not only be a coordinator but a friend and confidant for all the pre-wedding stress rants! 

I swear there was two of her on the wedding day - she seemed to be able to be everywhere at once and helping out with absolutely everything to ensure it all went smoothly. From helping our guests and suppliers, to spending twenty minutes figuring out my dress bustle without a complaint, there was no end to what she helped with. 

After our day was over, we newlyweds looked at each other and said 'everyone says something will go wrong on your wedding day so expect it, but nothing went wrong on ours!' And I have a strong feeling that was because of the things Sophie handled behind the scenes. 

I am a major Type A person who stresses about every little detail, and if Sophie hadn't been there I'm sure I would have exploded! But her being there made sure I could focus on being a bride and nothing else, just enjoying the day. 

Sophie you are truly a wedding angel in disguise. If you do not book Sophie as your planner or coordinator you are making a grave mistake. (And yes, she did button up my very complicated dress as I wanted to do a first look with everyone.)

I can't express how easy Sophie made the wedding planning process! Right from the start, finding us venues to helping us with suppliers and taking the burden of awkward conversations away. She was so supportive, with regular meetings and check ins throughout the whole 18 month period of planning. 

We had three separate events that Sophie supported us with and one main wedding day where we didn't have to think about anything as she took care of it all! She even set up our table decorations for us. 

It also helps that she's really lovely and easy to talk to, bounce ideas off and draw from her expertise. I cannot recommend Sophie enough.

Sophie was brilliant at putting our minds at ease on the day and in the lead up. 

Knowing someone was there to handle the little bits so we could relax was brilliant.

We would definitely recommend her!

Your communication was very clear and friendly, and Becky noted your calm and relaxed tone on the day. It's probably quite easy to stress someone out on a wedding day and we don't think you would do that because there was never any stress or uncertainty in your voice. 

Before the wedding, we were particularly appreciative of your fast and knowledgeable response to us when we were having difficulty with another supplier. It was very good to have an expert opinion from someone outside the situation to help our decision.

We don't think many wedding planners would have single-handedly manned a Moroccan mint tea station, so that was really appreciated!
